Scholarships

"BEST OF ISSUE"

SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS

All poets whose work is published in JUST POETRY!!! will receive a free copy of the issue in which their work appears and be eligible for the $500.00 "Best of Issue" Scholarship Award.

There will also be one "Editor's Choice" Award per issue carrying a $100 scholarship prize.

All "Best of Issue" and "Editor's Choice" Award Winners will be eligible for the Easterday Poetry Award, which is an end-of-the-year award of an additional $500.00 scholarship.

Judging will be done by our volunteer staff of poets and educational professionals.

Selections for all of our publications will be made from the same entry pool.

There are three possible results. The top selections will be published in "American High School Poets, JUST POETRY!!! The National Poetry Quarterly".

The Runner-Up selections will be published in one of our American High School Poets Topical Anthologies.

Everyone else will have their entry returned with regrets and will be offered an opportunity to self-critique.
